Team Leader Qualifications

Adjustment to Team Leader qualifications

Effective immediately, we have made some adjustments to the requirements to be a Team Leader in SFI.  The qualifications are now as follows (change shown in red):

Bronze Team Leader (BTL)

• Minimum 3,000 VersaPoints (1,500 min. from sales/purchases)
• Minimum (5) PSAs
• Minimum 3-star sponsor rating from PSAs (not required if you receive less than 3 ratings)

Silver Team Leader (STL)

• Minimum 4,000 VersaPoints (1,500 min. from sales/purchases)
• Minimum (5) PSAs, one with the minimum rank of BTL.
• Minimum 3-star sponsor rating from PSAs (not required if you receive less than 3 ratings)

Gold Team Leader (GTL)

• Minimum 5,000 VersaPoints (1,500 min. from sales/purchases)
• Minimum (5) PSAs, two with the minimum rank of STL.
• Minimum 3-star sponsor rating from PSAs (not required if you receive less than 3 ratings)

Platinum Team Leader (PTL)

• Minimum 6,000 VersaPoints (1,500 min. from sales/purchases)
• Minimum (5) PSAs, three with the minimum rank of GTL.
• Minimum 3-star sponsor rating from PSAs (not required if you receive less than 3 ratings)

Diamond Team Leader (DTL)   ***NO CHANGE***

• Minimum 1,500 VersaPoints from sales/purchases
• Minimum (5) first-level PTLs

IMPORTANT!

Major new programming is required for this Team Leader qualifications change, the discontinuation of VersaPoints expiration, next week’s introduction of the brand new E365 program, and some additional long-asked-for improvements in how VersaPoints are handled–to be announced soon.  In the meantime, some VP and rank advancement guidelines as displayed on your SCOREBOARD tab will NOT be up to date.  Once the new E365 program and the related VersaPoints changes are completed, an improved and updated panel will take its place.  We apologize for this temporary inconvenience.  The VP Ledger and VP Audit information will also be limited to the current and previous month.
